  • MC/MX or USDOT authority numbers
  • Federal Tax Identification Numbers (TIN) and W-9 information
  • Certificate of Insurance and coverage details
  • Signed Broker-Carrier Agreements and related documentation
  • Banking or payment information for settlement purposes

This information is used solely to verify carrier authority, maintain FMCSA compliance, facilitate load assignments, and process payments. It is shared only with parties directly involved in the execution of transportation services and is retained in accordance with federal recordkeeping requirements.

Carriers may contact us at loads@tidelinelogistics.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their information, subject to our legal retention obligations.
